Bequest to Grow Art Museum Summer Camp

Art Museum Years ago when I had an opportunity to make a gift to the art museum, I was "brainstorming" with then director, Janice Lyle, as to how my commitment could be earmarked. She mentioned that the Museum leadership had a dream – a summer camp for children – and perhaps I would like to help to make that fantasy a reality. "Bingo!" I said. The connection was made, and plans for a camp program were immediately initiated. In addition, I have established a charitable remainder trust to further this wonderful project. Thanks to a great museum staff and additional donor underwriting, this creative Museum Camp grows each year, enriching the lives of hundreds of kids (tots to teens) and filling me with great pride and accomplishment.
